Soap Box Derby at Dezzi’s Raceway

Classics will always stay classics! Margate Furnishers in association with Defy Appliances were happy to showcase our sponsored cart in the Soap Box Derby at Dezzi’s Raceway in Oslo Beach on July 24.

The day itself was an ideal sunny South Coast winter day and gave way to a mass of fun, enthusiasm and friendly rivalry. This was just the beginning of what the community has in store for this all-time favourite pass time, with a new date in the works for yet another race day.

Watching people of all ages, business of all types and carts of all shapes, it was a site to behold. The Margate Furnishers team had a great time and we challenge the community to take part, so look for our cart at the next event!
